want to go to slovak embassy with my eu girlfriend to obtain our baby slovakian birth certificate,but am an illegal immigrant and scared i will be arrestede there and handed over to the ukba,i have live with my gf for 16 months and we intend to get married in january.

You'll be fine. The Slovakian embassy won't do that. Besides, you have an EU national child.
