CAS LETTER PROBLEM

Hi
my cousin receive call letter from BHC (after Administrative Review).
Now he need to submit his passport with cas letter,
Now when he contact to college for a new cas letter,

college relpid,

Do you know whether you need to provide original CAS with new dates or new CAS?
Can you check with the embassy?

previous cas letter been issue on 10 october 2010.

now my question is can i ask to college to give me same cas letter with new dates will it be excepted by BHC or do i need to ask for a new cas?

You need to consider the following:

The course for which CAS issued before, is already started?

If yes, then get the new CAS with next starting date of the same course. Get a copy of old one as well and send them both to BHC and explain it in a cover letter that the course starting deadline has gone and you have enrolled for next intake.

If no, send them the same letter as before.

Please note that in any case, if CAS is older then six months you must submit a new CAS with new date of issue.

A new CAS will only be required for a completely fresh application. During appeals and admin reviews, the initial CAS should be used and the college may put a "note" to clarify the dates if that was an issue before.
