Tier2 ICT (skill transfer) to Tier2 G

Post by vini11 » Thu Dec 16, 2010 6:16 am

Hello All,

My current employer filed a tier-2 ICT visa for me,but under Skill transfer category(as against established stafff) since I had not completed 1 year in the company.
Now I'm in UK and got another offer, the new employer is willing to file Tier2-G for me for which I'm ready.

I have a question here if switching from Tier2-ICT under skill transfer to Tier2-G is possible or not.On paper it looks ok as skill transfer is also a category of Tier2 ICT,still wanted to take opinion from experts.

Request your views on this.

Thanks in anticipation.
