Name Issue! Need help

Hi,

I am going to apply for T1G in 10 days time from out side UK. I have name issue in my current and previous passports.

My previous passport(Now Expired) contain my name as XXX YYY ZZZ where ZZZ was wrongly attached to it.
I didn't bother about this and traveled on this passport to UK few times as student. I also maintain a bank account in UK with XXX YYY ZZZ format since account is based on previous passport.

When I got my new passport I corrected my name as XXX YYY (Name + Surname) which on all of my documents.
All my documents except previous passport and UK bank account contain XXX YYY .

(My current passport does contain number of my previous passport)

Now, I am wondering if this can cause any problem regarding my visa.
Do I need to submit some letter to clarify this problem.?

I second Sushil. Its better to provide an affidavit.
However on second thoughts, you haven't changed your name completely. you have just eliminated ZZZ. I belive it shouldn't be a big deal.

Yes I have not changed my name rather I eliminated the ZZZ part. I am thinking to submit an affidavit just to be on safer side.
Should I say in affidavit that ZZZ was written by MISTAKE in previous passport and I have corrected it OR should I say that I am the both person.
I was thinking that accepting it a mistake might start a problem.
