Post by Chess » Thu Feb 16, 2006 3:05 pm

Has anyone got any recent experience with regards to timelines for registration of minors as British Citizens (section A application)?

What do you mean by "section A application"? Is it connected to an adult naturalisation or is the child being registered independently.

I'd use the "adult registration" time as a guide, the posted timescale for minor registration doesn't help because most of these are linked to naturalisation applications.

HO returned yesterday the acknowledgement letter, Birth Certificate and Naturalisation certificate

How long is left to go before they can send the registration certificate?
