Advice on Gap's in stamping visa

Post by abbi123 » Tue Dec 21, 2010 11:33 am

Hi all,
I am new to this group, but have read many topics, and still got confused with this after reading many topics
I am sure some one might have responded to this type of queries but i can not find the answer, apologies if some one think this is duplicate

I was on HSMP from 02/03/200-02/03/2009
I sent for extension very well ahead in the last week of jan 2009 but i received extension only on 23/03/2009 since we doesn’t have premium service at that time they took good 2 months to send my passport stamped, after reading some topics in this form, i am worried now, even though its not my mistake home office took so long , i am wondering will this be of any issue for me when i apply for ILR ,

GURUS, please guide me if i need to do any thing else, await for your replies

Many Thanks
Abbi

as far as I understand if your application is received before your end of leave to remain then no problem. Home Office accepts such situations.
