HSMP visa dependent application query

I have got HSMP visa in Oct 2006 nd renewed on nov 2008. Now i need to apply visa for dependent visa for my husband.

He is an student here in UK , Does he have to go to India for stamping..

Could anyone please advice what are the required documents as well as funds maintenance details..etc

Yes.

In all probability, your spouse will be forced to apply for entry clearance as dependant of Tier 1 (General) migrant - use VAF10 form to apply (instead of VAF2) and pay associated Tier 1 (General) dependant fees (instead of HSMP dependant fees) - despite being a dependant of an HSMP migrant covered by the HSMP JR policy.
