can i switch to tier1 general visa from PSW visa.

can i switch to tier1 general visa from PSW visa.

hi,
i am on PSW visa and i want to apply for tier1 general visa. my PSW visa expires on jan 2012 but i want to switch my immigration status in jan 2011. can i do that?

You may switch as and when you wish to, provided Tier 1 (General) route is open for in-country applicants at that time.

Would switching from PSW to Tier 1 be possible for those already on PSW valid unitl 2012
