Life in UK test centres in INDIA?

Hi All,

I am planning to apply ILR in May 2011, my dependant cant be in uk until 15th may 2011 (due to personal reasons) so wondering about life in uk test can it be taken in india. Please do let me know if anyone has come across.

The Life in the UK test can only be taken in the UK.

LIUK cannot be taken outside UK. Besides, I think you cannot apply for ILR being outside UK.

I am planning to apply on 27th may 2011 in uk, my wife(tier1 dep) will be joining on 15th may 2011, so dont have much time to go for LIUK test.

I'm guessing that Surajban was intending for his wife to apply for ILR from within the UK on her return in May, but was hoping she could take the test before she arrives.
