Documents for indefinate leave to remain and Bank account

Post by ImranOne » Sun Dec 26, 2010 6:37 pm

Hi guys,

What documents would be required along with the application for indefinate leave to remain? Would a bank statement sufice? If so what documentation would my wife require to open an account with a high street bank?

You have asked 2 very different questions together!!!!

For documents about ILR, dont be so lazy and go onto the UKBA site and check it out. There are forms to fill and documents to provide so its not as easy as asking a question on this forum.

For opening a bank account, you can open an online account at once. Other account types require some proof. Once again, go onto bank websites like HSBC, Natwest, Nationwide and have a look. Thats quicker and more sensible than waiting for a member to answer ( correctly or otherwise!!!)
