Tier 1 Extention

Post by scorpio_besal » Mon Dec 27, 2010 6:29 am

Hi,

People who have applied before 22 DEC 2010 and have been granted with tier 1 visa, will they be eligible for extension after 2 years, or it wont as UKBA would no longer issue tier 1 (G) after April 2011.
Regards,

Correct me if I am wrong - but isn't that statement contradictory to the information disclosed via email by UKBA officials, i.e in place transitional arrangements for existing Tier 1 migrants in UK (whose visa expire after 04/2011)
