VAF-10 Application form queries

Hi all,
I am on Tier-1 general and would like to apply for my dependent son from Hyderabad and there are sections on the application form namely 7.14, 7.16, 7.17, 7.18 and 7.19 which mainly is asking about my employer and my place of work, i am not employed at the moment but someone told me it is for Tier-2 dependents and not Tier-1, can someone please clarify on that and shall i leave those sections blank? or give some dummy info
And one more thing, if we give a date on the form where they ask what date the applicant wishes to travel, do we have to supply proof of booking or plane ticket?

You need not give the proof of plane tickets but you need to give details of your employer may be ex employer. Dont include any dummy data in your application it may be rejected for this reason if the information given is false.
