Applying for Tier4 visa- Help

Hi every1,

I am studying in Ireland at the moment. My visa will expire soon and I want to move and apply for a course in the Uk under tier4 visa. I am not sure if thats possible.. does any1 knows if I can submit an application in ireland to come and study here in England. Please note that I am not an EU national.
