Spouse settlement Visa Application Question

Hi,

There is a question on the Spouse Visa Application. This is under section 8.2 (Your Spouse). Question # 8.2.7 - Sponsor's normal country of Residence?

My wife was born and brought up in London till the age of 18 years after which she and her family moved to Kolkota, India. She had studied and even worked here till she decided to move back to London last year in September. She came back in Feb 2010 to get married and after our marriage she went bank in Sept 2010. So her normal country of residence would be India Or UK?
Please advice.
