2. Date of expiry of current leave (visa): 17 Jan 2011
3. Date application posted: 12 Nov 2010
4. Biometrics taken: 9 Dec 2010

And nothing heard from homeoffice til now... any body got the visa recently?

try tracing your special delvery envelope. that is ofcourse if u included it with your app, which you should have, considering all the snow n delays etc.

ask your employer to call them n dont take no for an answer as you would fall under "urgent consideration" category. dont wait any longer... make sure employer knows the importance of this cos too. remind him, if necessary

Thanks, however HR and i have both tried the calls, plus sent a complaint letter by myself, still no signs...
