On the UKBA website, they wrote:

"There will be transitional arrangements beyond 6 April 2011 for some applicants who are already in the UK, and we will announce details of these in due course".

Is there any updates or any news what will the transitional arrangements for ppl who are inside uk....

No. You'll know, like everyone else, when UKBA makes an announcement ... in due course. Wait until then, as people speculating on the issue is not going to help you (or anyone).
