Query on Dependent Fund Maintenance

I applied for T1 on 6th December 2010 and received my visa today. The visa is valid till 4th Jan 2013. I got married on 9th December 2010. I am maintaining a fund of 2800 pounds still. My wife is maintaining fund of 1600 pounds in her account from November 2nd. I am planning to travel by 24th Jan (As I have an offer from a company in UK). I need to know will it be possible for me to apply dependent visa by 2nd week of Feb or I have to wait till 3 months of marriage?

The only condition for maintenance fund is that it should be maintained every day for the last 3 months. If you have been maintaining enough money for your dependent for the last 3 months, it should not be a problem.

Is maintaining of funds in 2 bank accounts become a problem?
My wife started maintaing funds for dependent even before our marriage, will that be an issue?

First confirm the travel date with Daniel before you spiiting out the dates.....
