Visit visa for parents

Hi all,
I want to know how to apply for visa after the appeal. My parents visa was refused in may 2010 the I filed appeal and on 4th Jan 2011 case was decided in our favour.

I received a letter from Immigration and Assylum and towards the end of letter decision was written and it say appeal is allowed.

Having said that we have not received any process of how to apply for visa after successful application.


Can any one help me about how to apply for visa now on the basis of successful appeal? I cannot even find anything online on UKBA site about this.
