Indian Earning while in UK

Hi..

I'm currently on Tier 2 Visa working in UK.

While I'm in UK, I have Indian earnings being paid by the employer into my Indian bank account.
Can I apply uplift factor of 5.3 to these earnings..?

Appreciate your advices and Thanks in advance.

No, uplift rate can not be applied.

To get uplift rate you need to be physically present in the India.

or were u in UK all the time?

so i just need to convert Indian earnings in to pounds and add it to my earnings.

Please confirm?
