Brother in law Visitor

Post by yoda121 » Thu Jan 13, 2011 1:08 am

My brother in law (wifes brother) wants to visit us in summer for a holiday.

He is currently 17, and will be 18 in summer. He is a student at the moment living with his parents in Pakistan.

I am british, my wife is pakistani on a 2 year spouse visa.

I have read the requirements and it seems to ask applicants to prove their financial standing, as he is living with his parents he doesn't really have much of a form of income, parents will also be paying for his ticket.

Any ideas on how to present this?
