ILR - Salary

Post by Ash8 » Thu Jan 13, 2011 9:37 am

Hello,

If a Teir 2 person is on unpaid leave for 3-4 months in the last one year before the ILR application e.g. is eligible for ILR in feb 2011 and has been on unpaid leave for 4 months (july 2010 - oct 2010) as she was not elligible for the maternity leave, had just joined the office.
Will there be any issues or rejection of the ILR.
Even if the minimum balance in the bank account is maintained.

Thanks

should be fine. what is the minimumb alance requirement you are talking about? For ILR there is no minimun balance reuqirement as long a si know. To cover yourself have proof of unpaid leave on medicle grounds (birth certificate and copy of company policy confirming not eligible for paid meternity leave)
