Permenant Employment on Tier 1 (PSW) Visa

Hi

I have a very basic query. My PSW visa is valid till Oct 2012. Can I take up permanent employment in UK on my existing visa category and work in that role atleast until the end of the visa?

i Got an permanent offer from barclays on psw,

and if possible after some time you can convert your psw to tier-1(general)

highly unlikely that he can covert. tier 1 in-coutry route will be closed from April 2011.

as soon as you start working on psw...... start thinking about switching to tier 2!!! but yea u can work on psw permanently
