ILR application due. Dependants urgent travel

Post by ksurendrakumar » Fri Jan 14, 2011 12:00 pm

I will apply for ILR in Feb 2011 with two dependants. Due to urgent reasons my dependants (wife and new born son. Son has indian passport but no dependent visa stamped) have to go to india.

I was thinking of getting the passports couriered back and then apply for ILR in one application.

can i do this?

Has anybody done it?

any response appreciated

you mean they are in india and you apply for their ILR while they are out of UK.

dont even think about this. this is illegal.

if your visa is valid then wait till they get back. if they are going for long and you dont want to risk ILR rules changing then go and apply for yourself. then ur dependents can apply once they are back..

might cost more but that's just unfortunate
