applying dependant visa

hi,i am in uk searching for a job.Can i apply dependant visa for my wife and kid with out having job offer .Do I need to submit payslips to apply for dependant visa?

I have bank account balance so can manage for few months.

probably not. When I appied dependent visa for my wife. 6 month payslips were required.

If we are in UK for 2 or 3 months only, then is 2 months of bank statements & salary slips sufficient?
