Surrendering Indian Passport (Surrender Certificate)

Hi

I am applying for surrender certificate using postal application (surredenering Indian Passports - after getting British Passport). I had a query with filling Surrendering application form's "British /Foreign Passport details section - Place of Issue".

I have checked in the British passport, it was not mentioned about the place of issue.

Could some one, please guide me what information I have to provide for "British Passport - Place of Issue" section.

I mentioned 'United Kingdom' when I surrendered my passport.
