Deficiency of 2 months would it be a problem for ILR????

Post by kiru4u » Mon Jan 24, 2011 9:15 am

Hi,

I have got my HSMP(currently Tier-1) visa dated 09/03/2007 but I landed in UK on 22/05/2007. There is a gap of 2 months 13 days so wanted to know if I still can apply for ILR in 2012 or should I apply for my second extension.

Thanks,
Regards,
Kiran.

unless your original visa was issued for 5 years, you need an extension.
