Education proof : does not have Original degree certificate

Hello,

I've came to UK on Tier-2 and I'm planning to apply for Tier-1 this February.

I'm graduated in Engineering stream last year, 2010. But my Original degree certificate is not been issued by the University (Convocation day is yet to come). But I've got all my mark sheets.

May I apply for Tier-1 showing my mark sheets as a proof of my graduation? Or else, do I need to get any letter (course completion letter) from the University? Or else am I not eligible to apply for Tier-1 as I'mnot holding the original degree certificate?

Kindly suggest me the option.

Marksheets or provisional degree certificates would not do.
There are only 2 ways:
Option 1. Original Degree Certificate

Option 2: If degree certificate is not available then you need to submit Academic Reference letter and Academic Transcript from your university.
