Tier 1 Visa Guidance

Hi

I have 2 questions. I'm in UK now recently on Tier 2 Intra Company Transfer Visa..to apply for Tier 1 - HSW. But I've maintenance funds in India HDFC bank, Does UKBA accept if I get a letter from HDFC bank to show the maintenance funds and also 12 months statement from HDFC?
(btw... I am eligible under Tier 1 Points calculator with the salary that I earned in India)

02. Can I go for UK Tier1 Personal appearance to apply for Visa?
