HSMP Extension- Stupid question

Ive just had a realisation- when applying for my 3 year HSMP extension, do I have to fill in all those pages as for the initial 1 year visa (again)? I had an idea that it was only a few questions I had to answer, and not the whole lot, but I think I might not have paid enough attention to detail!???

The form for FLR(IED) tells you exactly which pages to complete for HSMP. It's really quite straightforward. If, however, you complete the incorrect form, they will take your payment and reject your application.
