transfer of work permit visa to new passport

Hi,
Im due for ILR in sept 2011, i have recently renewed my passport, but my valid visa is in old passport, do i need to transfer it to the new passport, i havent gone out of uk since i renewed my passport n dont have any travel plans till sept 2011.

Thanks, so i dont need to transfer visa to the new passport, even when i apply for ILR,
i assume only when i travel abroad i need to carry both old and new passport together according to

if you have a valid visa on an expired visa, then it is acceptable.

but you will need a new passport to travel, ofcourse!

As in this case, there are two passports, one with a valid visa and the other one a fresh passport, which passport should be quoted when making an airline booking as the airllines ask to complete API (Advanced Passenger Information) when booking the tickets, which requires quoting the passport number?

When my ILR is due, do i need to submit just the expired passport with Valid Visa to the home office or both the passports,
