Dependent Visa queries

Hi All,

I moved to UK around 45 days ago on Tier-1 general visa and recently I got a contract job.

Now I'm thinking to apply for dependent visa to my wife and have some queries around it.

1. Is it mandatory to submit my 3 months payslips?
2. 1600 pounds equivalent maintenance funds are kept in my wife's account to show maintenance funds. Any issues around this?
3. If I have to submit pay slips, Is there any minimum salary limit I should have on payslip?

Please help me out in clarifying these queries. Thanks in advance.
