im under tier 2(speciality doctor with letter of sponsorship from employer) issued last year in april and its expiring in may. i want to go for tier 1.
so few questions:
1. can i apply for tier 1 in february
2. do i need a letter from bank in addition to bank statement stating that funds have been in uk for 3 months(found on website)
3. plz confirm is this the right form im using for swithing my visa category to tier 1http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/ ... l-form.pdf
4. when last applied for tier 2 me, my wife, my daughter had undergone biometric scan . will we go for biometric residence permit again?
5. my 4 yr old son didnt have to go for biometric but now he has gone 5 so will he have to do that
6. there are few sections in the form which i dont think im supposed to fill as im applying as a doctor such as section 3 a
