Dependent Application Form for Work Permit Holder

Hi,

My friend is on Work Permit and going to sponsor his wife from Pakistan, we know work permit has been stopped so what form do he needs for his wife visa application?

He granted work permit for 5 years.

but VAF2 form is for:

"YOU SHOULD COMPLETE THIS FORM IF YOU WISH TO COME TO THE UK TO WORK OR YOU ARE APPLYING
UNDER UK ANCESTRY"

I think it will be: Application form VAF10 - PBS Dependant

what do u think?

Only VAF2 form is Valid. You can also use this form for work permit dependent visa application.

Only if the main migrant is a Tier 2 / PBS migrant.
