Problem with barcode on the biometric letter

Problem with barcode on the biometric letter

Does anyone have a problem with the barcode on the biometric letter?

Two weeks ago, I encountered this problem when I went to the post office. The staff there said the machine could not read the barcode, so I called the UK Border Agency and they said they would send me the new letter with the new barcode.

After receiving the second letter, I went to the same post office. And again, the barcode could not be read by the machine.

Anyone please tell me what I should do.

Try a different post office - it could be their machine. Or make an appointment at one of the biometric enrolment centres as they don't need the barcode..
