Tier1.. doubt regarding change of circumstances

I got my Tier-1 General visa last month. I might go to UK to work after few months. I have following doubt which arises from the following website link:

Above link says “Does the visa guarantee my entry to the UK? You should not experience any problems on arrival in the UK, providing that: ….. there has been no change to your circumstances… since the visa was issued.â€

You dont have to worry. Now that you have the visa, you don't need to show earnings or meeting earnings criteria for the last 12 months.
You will not be asked about it when you enter the country, just say you will be looking for a job.
Bear in mind not to remain unemployed for too long as you will need 12 months of earnings when you apply for your extension
