Query related to Online Point Calculator

Hi all,

I have a query related to Online Point Calculator.
I came under HSMP in 2007 (2 years) and extended to Tier1(3 years), and now due to ILR shortfall, have to apply again.

I was just checking the online calculator for my eligibility, As i am now not any more on HSMP but on Tier1 visa, what should i write using the point calcualtor, under the section.

Sorry for the confusing question, As, I came initially under HSMP, but now on Tier1 and i know that i am not covered by JR decision too.

If anyone please guide me.

thanks, but i know i am not covered under hsmp JR.

It is just the wording, which is confusing me,
Are you in the United Kingdom under the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP)? and later they are asking if you covered by JR.

I know i was under HSMP but now on Tier1(Extension). and also i am not covered through JR. So i should simply write No?

You are NOT on hsmp anymore as you have converted your visa to Tier - 1 as part of 1st extention.
