Early Date to Apply for Tier4 from PSW as urgent

Hi there. I am on Tier1(PSW) expiring 20th April. My course will start on 3rd of May. I want to apply on 15th February. As i am switching category is it ok to apply 2 and half months before course start date. It will be great help if i get reply as urgently help needed. Thanks.

Yes as long as you don't apply more than 3 months before the start of your course.
