Tier 1 (Dependent) New Born Outside UK

Hi,

I am applying for Tier 1 (Dependent) visa to my daughter 4 months old born Outside UK.

Below are the documents i made,

1. Filled in VAF10 application form for Tier 1 Dependants.
2. 2 x passport photos
3. Identity & relationship evidence
• Original Passport of Applicant
• Original Birth Certificate of Applicant
• Original Marriage Certificate (Applicant’s Parents Marriage Registration)
• Copy of Passport of Main Applicant with Visa (Applicant’s Father)
• Copy of Passport of Main Applicant’s wife with Visa (Applicant’s Mother)
4. Accommodation Proof of Main Applicant
• Broadband Monthly Bill with the current UK staying address printed.
• Bank Statement with the current UK staying address printed.
5. Employment Proof of Main Applicant
• Copy of Deputation Letter from company
• Copy of Net salary and employment proof.
6. Maintenance Funds of Main Applicant
7. Covering Letter.
8. Visa Fee

Below are few clarfications i am looking for,

1. The application form will be submitted by my In-laws will this be fine ?
2. Under whose name the appointment in VFS needs to be taken is it on my In-Laws name are my daughters name ?
3. I am currently staying in a shared accomidation and will be taking a house just before my family joins me in UK. Is there any mandate to show the rental agreement/council tax as a proof address ?
4. The maintenance funds i am having is in e-saving account and banks has asked me take a print-out from online and provided the bank seal will this be fine ? And how many days old the statment can be before applying for visa ?
