Family Visit (Mother and/or Sister) for TIER1

Hi
I am Tier1 holder and my wife is Tier1 dependent, I want to bring my mother ( and if possible my younger sister) to visit us during summer for 2 months Can someone suggest the complete list of document I need to provide?
Also I have doubt regarding Accomodation Proof as we are living in shared accomodation?

If we plan to shift to 1 bedroom flat is that enough or create doubt about 'no sufficient space for visitor?

Is it okay we book hotel for her?
