Applying for spouse and son visa do I use just 1 form?

Post by general » Mon Feb 07, 2011 5:08 pm

Hi everyone I'm alittle confused my wife is about to apply for a spouse visa with our son as a dependant. Does that mean she will only use the one vaf4a form and will she have to pay the 1 fee, or will she have to fill out a seperate form for our son and pay a seperate fee. They have seperate passports.

Thanks guys!
