Post by sialacii » Mon Feb 07, 2011 10:51 pm

hi

what are the requirements / supporting evidence required for ILR 10 years basis ?( other than having to provr that been living in uk for 10 years and not been outside for long period of time).

do we need to show bank statement ? for how long?
is it essential to take the uk test even though if person has Bsc degree from uk university ?
can i take the test couple of month in advance ?

has anyone got link to the latest application form for long residence 10 years?

HO requirements are :1) All of your passports 2) 2 recent photograph
3) Life in the UK pass notification(Even though you have a BSc. from UK).

Bank statement is not a requirement for 10 yrs long residence category but if you send it, no harm.

"HO requirements are :1) All of your passports 2) 2 recent photograph
3) Life in the UK pass notification"

Can someone please tell me what other additional documents I should include with my 10 year long residence application because as stated the HO does not request for any documents regarding finances for this type of application.

If I send only what they ask for am I at any disadvantage? Am sending my documets in the next few days so any advice will be appreciated.
