Does divorce affet the application for Spanish nationality?

I am Japanese and my wife is spaniard.We heve been married for 1year and 4 months .according to spanish law I can apply for Spanish nationality after one year"s marriage with a Spanish,so I made application for Spanish nationality 3 months ago,but now my wife insist on the divorce with me.Does anybody know if our divorce will affect my application for spanish nationlity?

You have to apply for Spanish nationality after 10 years residency in spain
