I am making Dividend Vouchers for my Net Dividends taken from my Limited Company. There are 3 different dates i need to mention on the voucher. Can any one please help me what are they ?
1) Director's Meet on: Date1
2) Financial Year Ending: Date2
3) Shareholders Register at: Date3
Please give me the dates for the following example, so that i can make rest of them.
Net Dividend credited into my Personal Bank account: 27th April 2010
Started My company on 16/03/2010
