Help With ILR

Post by moibg79 » Wed Feb 09, 2011 3:18 pm

Hi ,

I need some help with my ILR application

1- I was on the work permit from 25/04/06-24/06/09
2- Then moved to Tier(1) HSMP 24/06/09-date

So it will be a mixup of WP and HSMP, my quiestion is when is the earliest I can apply I beleive i can apply after 24/03/11 (28 days before completion of 5 years. I had a few breaks outside uk not more than 3 weeks in one go, when calculating 5 years, do i need to exclude them?

Am I right to use form set (o), Can some one tell me which sections I fall in.

Also for financial documents I have:

- Bank statments for last 3 years to date
-P60s for 1st three years
-p45 for 4th year
-then another p60 and for the current tax year all the payslips and employer letter as well.

I also have all the payslips for last tax year means payslips for last 2 years.

Is this information sufficient, as the previous two companies have died.

Please help me with these.

I am planning to go for same day service.

Thanks

You're fine with these docs in hand.

You count consecutive days, not to exclude any. You can apply 28 d before 5 yr completion period

Use SET 0 form, section 9G or 9L

This is sufficient.

Best regards
