Tier-1 Exrension

Hello friends,

I need some help. here is the detail..

-I am in UK woking in London.
-Got Tier-1 in Apr 2010, valid till 2013
-company asking me to move canada for long term, (my payroll wil be transfered to canada).

Now I have below queries...

1. What are the requirements for Tier-1 extension? Can I apply for tier-1, if I am not in UK? Is thr any minimum stay period?
