quick question, with probably obvious answer! my husband is applying for ILR next week. He went back to his home country to see a very sick relative and in total was there for 30 days. Can we just explain this when at the PEO? they can see stamps in passport etc. Do we need anything else? I notice some have done spreadsheets etc,but this was his only absence since jan 2009 - now (he has the 27 month visa). Thanks
