Documents for rejected uk visa

Hi,

My visa got rejected last month. I have a chance for administrative review and I applied for it also.

I didnt get my original documents with the passport. What is the procedure that will be followed in general. Do they send the documents with the passport or they will send later in case of visa refusal.

Please let me know.

Hi,

Mine is also same case. I applied for administrative review (AR) on 11th, Feb.

If case of refusal and there is chance for AR, they 'll send only passport along with your refusal letter.
If your AR is allowed then they 'll intimate you send passport to HO, otherwise they 'll send all documents along with the exact reason of refusal.
As per rules, the final result should come within 28 days after applying your AR notice. If any delay they 'll inform us through mail.

Please tell me exact date when did u applied for AR? Did u received any confirmation mail from UKBA?
