Work Permit expiring on April 3rd

Post by umb » Tue Feb 15, 2011 11:36 am

Hi Guys,

I was issued entry clearance(based on 5 year work permit) on 3rd April 2006. I arrived in UK on 8th July 2006. So I have to go for an extension using Transitional Arrangements A. My employer got sponsorship license in October last year and have 0 allocations. Now as there is less than 60 days from my visa expiration they have to apply for COS allocation. But the form says don't apply if leave expires after 31 March 2011.

Can someone guide me how should we proceed as after 31st March there are only 3 days and it would be impossible to obtain anything in 3 days from home office.

Thank you.
