change of status from worker to self sufficient eu citizen

Does an eu citizen have to register again to change status from worker exercising eu rights to self sufficient but economically inactive with comprehensive insurance?

Can I (eu national) be kicked out of host eu country due to to not working or looking for work in host eu country after 6 month stay?
