Wow thats a lot of documents.... Probably too many! I think its better to have more than necessary but I would try filter it down a bit. What you really need is just 3-6 months bank statements and wage slips, you don't need them dating back to 2009. Then try to pick out some joint letters or addressed to either of you spanning your 2 years, they want to see 6 in total but I presumed that if they are not joint then pairs of 6, thats how I read it if that makes sense? Anyway we took about 18! They didn't need them all. We also included my bank statements and wage slips (my husband was the applicant). You'll need your marriage certificate and passports from both of you. When did you arrive in the UK? And when does the visa expire?

Sedor21 you should really have started your own thread with this. However, why are you so worried about a BT bill? You have other proof of joint address don't you?

Then you don't need to submit the BT bills.

You appear to have far more than the 6 bills/letters required to show joint address so taking out the BT bills won't affect the application.
You don't need to submit 2 years of pay slips and bank statements either. The most recent 6 months would be fine.

hi my wife has to apply for ILR aswell, and just wondering that what is the maximum gap is allowed in terms of docs, we have quite a few documents from past year or so, and the only documents she has between, Sept 2009 and October 2010 is an NI confirmation letter from Revenue and customs
